2025 Ram RHO burned up catalytic converters and O2 sensors

I bought a 2025 Ram RHO from Mark Doge Ram and after 350 miles both catalytic converters and O2 sensors burned up. Truck has been at a dealership in Texas for 26 days and still waiting. Mark Doge called them and said it was a ground wire and after checking that isn’t the problem. Any ideas on why they burned up and how to keep it from happening again? Not getting good support on troubleshooting the problem.

The fix on one or more vehicles is not the fix for all.

I had the safety system faults. For some, it was fixed with a new aux battery. Others needed new modules. Some needed corrosion removed from ground wires. Mine needed a coax cable tightened.

Picked the truck up from the dealership this morning. Replaced both cats and O2 sensors and had to download a Flash (have no idea what that means) but they say that is why I had the problems. Will keep you updated if CEL returns. Shout out to Mark Doge Ram Dealership in helping my local dealership to troubleshoot the issue.
