AC stops when making a phone call

Does anyone have this issue/problem 2025 ram 1500 RHO. when making a phone call through the car system if I have the ac turned on and blowing cold air it shuts down when I push call after the other line picks up the call the ac turns back on ,I feel this is a glitch in the system. The ac goes back to normal after the other person answers tge call or I cancel the call. Does anyone else have this issue please advise thank you

It's not a glitch. The fans drop so that the other person can hear you.

Every car I've had in recent history does this.

Your probably right , but our 2022 kia Telluride, our 2012 dodge charger, and 2016 toyota tacoma dont/didn't drop the fan. But thank you for the information.

My 2020 Cummins didn't, but ya, the RHO does.
