I put this reply in the 'Adaptive Cruise Control and Automatic Emergency Braking Alerts Triggered thread but since my issue is only BSM malfunctioning, I didn't want to muddy that one up

Add one more to the blind spot monitoring alert issue...

Now, every morning (or every first drive) the alert comes on and the lights on the mirrors are on (annoying, especially at night) and will stay inop for the entirety of my first trip. Once I get back in the truck after a Buc-ees stop (or whatever), the BSM is functioning again and will remain active until I get back in the next morning

Was thinking about swapping out the aux battery just for the hell of it to see if that does anything, but as I was reading here it seems as it might be a module after all.

To reiterate, my ONLY issue is the Blind Spot Monitoring so unsure if that is it's own separate module or if now I can impatiently wait for other sensors to malfunction

The BSM issue began at 3300 miles

Based on a reply from @Moparfriend there I will buy a new Duralast Platinum AUX 14 today and see if that helps the issue

You didn’t muddy anything up. My BSM became other alerts over time. As I understand it, BSM, lane keep assist, forward collision alert, AEB, hands-free cruise all share modules that must “speak to each other”.
