Absolutely ridiculous…I think Corsa needs to make some changes in their product development team as well as their marketing team.

If they have a good product here they’re doing everything possible to sabotage it.

I have the MBRP cat back exhaust they pretty much removed the mufflers I don’t think an RHO could sound any better. I think it’s supposed to pick up 10 to 15 hp.

How much more horsepower is this Corsa exhaust actually putting to the rear wheels?

I would take exhaust HP claims with a grain of salt, the restrictions are typically right after the turbo..the factory exhaust is pretty free flowing aside from the bottle neck by the trans.

I thought on these modern computer controlled vehicle the turbos spooling quicker is limited by the computers

Hurricane engines have many failsafes built into them, they are a new, modern engine built for the twin turbos & major abuse

Believe your oil change indicator it knows when to change the oil & no need for a dipstick it’s right on your dash. It did tell me to add a full quart of oil once……..anyone else?

So yes it’s limited by the ECU but using a piggy back tuner fools the stock ECU, such as adding more boost & aftermarket exhaust that is less restrictive with better flow

The stock ECU actually will adjust to the tune. It will take a couple drives. It will sort itself out because it’s given different parameters.

This has nothing to do with tuning or exhaust, but for example, the clutches in the transfer case are almost impossible to burn out as the ECU knows when to shut everything down
