I recently bought a Fumoto oil plug/tube combo that makes easy oil changes on this truck even easier. It made me think it might be interesting to see what everyone else's at home oil change setups look like. Any tips or tricks to make it easier as far as not making a mess, disposal, etc.

I have the same Fumoto valve. I used them on previous vehicles and it’s a game changer for lifted trucks especially.

I’m looking for something to improve the oil filter removal. There is a lot of oil that sits above that filter, so my first oil change was an absolute disaster. All of the oil hit the pan, but not before dropping all over the skid plate, sway bar, etc.

I’m thinking about trying this:

I was gonna say a boat engine oil removal pump but we don’t have a dipstick for the line to go down
