Doors not locking

Hey guys, picked the truck up yesterday. To say I love it is an understatement. However I noticed my doors were not locking. Got out of the car hit the lock button, not locking! Got in to take it for a drive, the doors were not locking. Of course when I text the dealer and check to see if it locks it does… just a little concerning.

Yes, there is no key card in the car

Hey guys, picked the truck up yesterday. To say I love it is an understatement. However I noticed my doors were not locking. Got out of the car hit the lock button, not locking! Got in to take it for a drive, the doors were not locking. Of course when I text the dealer and check to see if it locks it does… just a little concerning.

I have had the same thing happen on two separate occasions now. Once for 2 days and once for about 3 start/stop cycles between job sites. Fuses are good, no explanation so far. I mentioned it in a thread as well:

Has anyone else had all of the power door locks on their RHO just stop working? The only way I can access the truck is with the physical key so I can't even open a passenger door from the outside.

Just wanted to let you know same issue with me. Woke up this morning after putting ~1700 miles in and doors won’t unlock / lock. Not from the fob or from the door switch. Taking it in Monday

Update, checked all the fuses, nothing loose or blown. Truck sat for about 3hrs and when I went to get in everything was working again. Called the dealer and they said “ this is normal to have small glitches” , not sure I feel the same way about that. But going to keep an eye on It over the weekend and keep the service apt for Monday. But I’m still 650miles aways from home base and already have ~1700 miles on this road trip. Have taken on some moderate off road trials and a few hours in the dunes and outside of this issue the truck has been 10/10. So we will see how this issue pans out.

Just put a sign on it next time you have to park in Chicago or Cincinnati saying "please don't steal anything. It's just a small glitch and the dealer says it's fine"

Yeah my thoughts exactly. This morning I just locked up everything manual and used the key to open up. But yeah for ~$80k you think locking doors should be something you can count on!
