Emergency Vehicle Notification

I am absolutely over the “Emergency Vehicle Approaching”. If my Bluetooth is playing music, it shuts it off and will not return playing. I tried searching “Emergency” in the owners manual but nothing comes up. Is it under the Navigation? Perhaps under Traffic signs? Either way I want it off lol.

I noticed my truck did that as well after I took it to the dealer last week. Must be a new update cause it never did that before. It is kinda annoying

Mine does it too. Most of the time there isn’t actually an emergency vehicle approaching.

Way too much safety shit on vehicles these days. Too many bells and whistles on vehicles that we cannot opt out of paying for. Just more shit to break, malfunction and annoy us good drivers. They pander this shit to the distracted and terrible drivers out there, and punish us real drivers by having to live with this crap.

Mine does it too. I’m pretty sure I saw it in the navigation settings the other day.

The only option I found was in the Uconnect navigation "Settings" menu to turn off emergency alerts.. Don't know if this will do the trick but time will tell.
