Hi all,
I Bought a Forged Blue Metallic level 1 yesterday. I have been digging around watching you tube videos and looked and found a dealer about 25 miles away had almost my build in stock so swung in for a test drive and made a deal.
I negotiated in them adding bed liner since the bed group is about the only option it didn’t have. I would have gotten the tow mirrors if it was built but oh well. Coming from my Tahoe with the engine recall the mirrors are plenty good though my 22 power wagon had fantastic tow mirrors. I am hoping this will be a nice compromise for me as never could convince myself to pay for the TRX but did have a Gen 1 Raptor (2013) which was the last car I owned long enough to change the tires on. I know I have a problem, my wife reminds me regularly but other than dogs and cars I don’t buy much (but somehow pay for a lot).
I am planning to add an electric ERG bed cover quickly though I toy with other bed cover options I really like what I see in that. From there it’s all up in the air,,,do people run CB’s anymore or is everyone just a cel phone connection now?
