Flickering trim lights around drivers side headlight

Anybody got anything on this? I’ve not heard any buzzing or anything but that accent light/trim light (don’t know what it’s really called) is flickering just like an LED in an office building before that light dies. Have an appt Tuesday. They said they have no idea. Then again this is the first RHO they’ve seen. 1,500 miles. Do you also recommend an early oil change/diff check at this time? Yes on the oil change. Wait till 5K for rr diff & transfer case. Also, 5K tire rotation.
