Gauge Cluster INOP (Just to document for other owners)

Picked up truck from dealership with cluster this way (I ordered the truck in May of 24). - Koons

Just dropped off sunday (4/6/25) for the cluster issue, appointment today.

Local dealership - Reedman Toll calls me and suggest I take it back to Koons. I explain to them its far away and they say they don't like to work on stuff just purchased from other dealers(I know this from being a dodge tech for 10 years the dealer I was at played the same game).

Inform me that the truck has to stay if it does need a cluster(I know, and understand that and have other means of transportation so i stress to them.. no big deal at all please move ahead with looking at it).

Told me they'll call me in 48 hours with an update, so we will see.

Dealership sounds like they suck. Most do from my experience tho lol

From my experience, (I work for a CDJR dealer) we try to welcome all people with new CDJR vehicle warranty, despite where it was purchased from. We get a chance to make some money on a warranty repair, and get a shot at earning a new customer's repeat business.

Cluster finally ordered, april 14th on ETA.
