That last comment always cracks me up when people talk about gators or sharks.Used to swim with them while wakeboarding in FL lakes. They get curious. But, never met an aggressive one while in the water. That usually only happens during mating season.
And, stay away from the shoreline at dawn or dusk, especially if walking a dog. That is their feeding time. They won’t attack a human in the wild unless very, very hungry or they mistake you for something they DO normally eat.
Well, I do recall a news story in SE FL where a shoplifter, while running from police, decided to jump a fence in the middle of a mall parking lot to hide in some shallow drainage water. That last comment always cracks me up when people talk about gators or sharks.
Shark: my bad, bro, I thought you were a seal
Me, bleeding out: no worries! Mistakes happen
My personal philosophy is never get into any fight where even if you win, you lose. Sharks, killer whales, gators/crocs and my wife all fall into that category. That last comment always cracks me up when people talk about gators or sharks.
