How do I make my headlights “dance”?

When you unlock your truck or what do you mean?

My friends rebel come without headlights animations even though they were listed on build sheet. When ram finally replied to his dealer that nothing can be done now and they were out of them that's why most likely. Basically my friend and ram agreed on payout for missing feature and that's was it.

like i’ve seen videos of people js showcasing their truck and the headlights flicker or shine in patterns

I think you need device like tazer that not available or I think maybe is but for lights only for now. Not sure if anything else available yet and not even sure if that's what you looking for. All we get from factory is welcome lights scrolling around headlights.
