Is there a way to keep your drive mode on?

If I want to keep it in Sport mode every time I start the truck, is there a way to keep it on or do I have to change it every time I start the car?

Yes just change auto setting to sport and anything else you want there and every time you start it will run sport in auto. You can customize auto and custom setting.
