Ordered my RHO in February, delivered to dealer last week, picking up tomorrow! I'm excited but nervous because of issues others have had. Hoping for the best!!

I've previously had Mustangs and a Grand Cherokee, then went to a Wrangler. We have other RAM pickups so not new to driving a pickup however the RHO seems to have some much on it. It's a bit overwhelming...this mode, that mode, this setting that setting. I've heard some near collision stories because of the Auto Breaking so need to figure that out.

Love my Wrangler for driving around town but the expressways are awful. It's loud and with oversized tires (nothing crazy), it's a rougher ride. I'm ready for a quiet, smooth ride.

I'll likely sell the Wrangler in June. Where/how have you found the best place to sell a used vehicle to get the best dollar?

Do not worry about others issues. I have had zero issues sense purchasing my RHO from Mark Dodge Ram. Had to drive 500 miles back home and enjoyed every second in my truck. Its a superior truck. Do not let others issues take away from the joy of getting your new truck! No matter what vehicle is out there it is going to have an occasional problem. My wifes 2024 Bentley SUV had to be returned to the dealership 3 times before they finally got it right!

First off congrats on finally getting the RHO! Be sure to post some pics when you get it!

I wouldn't be too concerned about issues with it honestly. I'm currently sitting at just under 1500 miles after 3 weeks of ownership and it's been so enjoyable I actually request errands to run! Keep in mind though, you only ever hear about the bad...never the good. When things work properly there's nothing to talk about, but when things go wrong...there's always a story. So hop in the driver's seat, mash on the gas and enjoy that 540hp punch off the line!

Just a thought but....if you're in a position to keep the Wrangler....why not keep it for a toy? I mean....it's a Jeep after all.....I do kinda miss mine from time to time. 2011 JKUR on 2.5" Rock Krawler lift with 5.13s, 37's and Poison Spyder armor all over. It sucked balls on the highway with the 3.8L minivan motor but it was incredible in the rocks!

But if you insist on getting rid of it...you could trade it in on the RHO and that's less you have to come up with.

Doug Demuro’s Cars & Bids has a pretty good track record for top dollar, according to Doug (ha!). They specialize in “enthusiast” vehicles.

I sold my jeep gladiator on driveway.com. At the time it beat all other offers from major online dealers including my local dealer that I have good relationship with. But I suspect it really depend on their current inventory for the specific vehicle to get the top dollar or not. So the best thing to do is to reach out as many buyers as you can

If you’re worried about auto braking and stuff, go into settings, under assists or brakes (can’t remember which one) and turn it to low, it’s way less sensitive and it makes the car way less annoying to drive. U connect is pretty intuitive, just spend like 10-15 min scrolling in the menus and reading, they have little question mark icons that u can tap which give more info. One other thing that gives a lot of info about the drivers aids, is the owners manual, just look up the pdf for it. It helped me figure out how I wanted all mine set up

Thanks! I'll give you my lists of errands/things to do so you can drive more, haha!

On trade in, I suspect any of the online trade in sites are going to be lower than a local dealer. I ran some numbers with Carvana, True Car, KBB, and Driveway.com. Each of those are within $2k of each other, but my best dealer offer has them beat by $2-3k. On top of that, private party is around $3k higher than my best dealer offer.

I’m not sure which way I’ll go just yet. It really depends if the dealer I bought my RHO from comes in with a competitive trade in.
