Hey guys-
In an attempt to cut cost down on RPM (Rate Per Mile), having 2 RHOs on the trailer makes it cheaper for both customers if they are going the same direction. What I can do is let you know the scheduled date of pickup from Mark Dodge and what state it is going to. If it makes sense and the customer that is originally scheduled doesn’t mind waiting a couple of days til the other RHO is ready (worst case scenario and I don’t see any major issues), then we can try to double up. I am more expensive than going through brokers online, but I am a direct contact for you and for Mark Dodge, in constant contact with you, share my location while in transit, verify there isn’t any major issues, and 1 of select few Mark Dodge trusts to bring your trade-in back to them.

If you are on the fence on spending the extra money for peace of mind and seamless transport of your vehicle that you have been waiting what seems to be forever to get, reach out to Mark Dodge or my previous customers. I’m sure they would be more than happy to tell you about they’re experience.

I greatly appreciate your business.

@KCCRClinton full disclosure I have been planning on picking my truck up at MD when it comes in (it has shipped), but I would like to know what it would cost me for you to deliver it to 36340 please. Once I know, I might not want to make the 900 mile round trip. Thanks!

I strongly suggest giving Kyle a look for shipping your truck from Mark Dodge. He is your eyes on the ground and will inspect your truck thoroughly before it ever gets loaded up to be delivered. He caught a few minor issues with mine that were corrected before it left Mark Dodge.

Not only that, he kept me updated constantly when he was on the way, and I never even had to reach out to him. Furthermore, he has followed up with me multiple times just to make sure everything was good with the truck. He may be a little more expensive than the cookie cutter services out there, but for me, it was money well spent to insure a flawless delivery experience. Just my .02 🫡

What is his cost per mile if you don’t mind me asking? I mean are we talking double to triple what it would usually cost? Or is it a couple hundred dollars total more?

Useful info. I just spoke with him at length this morning and what you wrote here matches what Kyle told me. If I don't go get it myself, I will hire Kyle.

Same question from me as well. Interested in estimated cost to 86004. Still a little while out for when my truck will be ready but trying to decide if I will fly out and drive back or ship. Thanks

I have no idea his cost per mile, but for me, it was only 2-3 hundred bucks more than the cheapest quotes I got. Shoot him a message, and I'm sure he will be happy to give you a price.

I was going to fly down to Lake Charles and drive my truck back, initially. However, I decided it was easier to just have it shipped and not deal with flights, hotel, transport to MD from the hotel, etc. For me, I was happy with that decision, plus I didn't have to worry when my CEL popped on at 79 miles because I wasn't 800 miles from home.

That's where I'm at. My wife reminded me of the what is your time worth part.

Shoot him a direct message. He quoted me his per mile but I won't speak for him. He's very attentive and responsive.

I see you are in Alabama. Kyle actually delivered another RHO to Talladega on his way to bring mine to me. Side note, he caught an issue with that truck before he loaded it up which Mark Dodge was able to address in one day before it left. It held me up by one day, but I honestly felt more at ease knowing how well Kyle looked these things over before loading them up. Plenty (I would even say most) transporters would have loaded the truck up and let you deal with it on your own once it was delivered. Again, just my .02 (y)

He told me about your situation and I was impressed with him doing that for you. He even offered to talk to a contact at the rail yard and see about my truck's status. Solid guy!
I'm in SE Alabama BTW.

That is the way I’m leaning for the exact same reasons.

I can second that exact same experience with Kyle. I wish he could have doubled on mine but I was too excited to get mine. Recommend with zero hesitation
