New 2026 Order

I just ordered a new 2026 RHO on 17May25. I have not received any confirmation from RAM yet. In the past, I have received one. I do have a VON and a signed sheet for the sale amount. Is this normal?

Normal per my experience. I never received any kind of confirmation or follow up to email or phone from Ram. I did get the VON from my dealer and checked in on the Ram Build Tracker throughout the holding period… and I did hear from my dealer periodically as well.

White, Level 1, Pano sunroofon, beadlock wheels.

I have not received a confirmation email yet either. I did receive one when I did my 2022 Rebel Build, but I don't remember how long after ordering it was before the email arrived.

Also my build also isn't showing in the Ram Tracker at this point, is yours?
Approximately how long did they say your build would take? I was told 4-6 months or longer.

Ordered mine on 5/9. No update on the tracker for mine either. Dealer did tell me that he expects delivery to be around the end of August start of September.

Nothing on the tracker for mine either. Dealer said 4-5 months or September to October.

You may be right, Im just giving the info of what I was told. I have yet to read anything about stop and start dates. But im hoping his estimate to me is correct. Would be cool to get it in 3-4 months.

Edit to this post. Just got order confirmed email. Tracker still not working for what ever reason. When it starts to work I'll update.

Not having access to the tracker is exactly as useful as having access to the tracker. It doesn't work at all.

Only way to get an accurate status is to have your salesman check their tracker. That one actually has real data.

I ordered on 5/12 and got mine a few days ago, as well. The email does show an order date of 5/21, though, so I'm guessing Ram just started processing them on the 21st (based on a few other comments in this thread). I would expect that those without an email yet will probably get one Tuesday-ish (after the Holiday) and probably show an order date of 5/27... Just my guess, anyway.

FWIW, I never received an email from Ram on my order. I’ve been driving mine for 2.5wks now.

The Ram build tracker was pretty good for me. It’s about 2days behind as it posts updates, but it did update as my build went through each phase. I will say the ETA is dead wrong, so don’t reference that, though. Your dealer will have the most accurate info.

Yes, from a dealer. They said the 2025 order books were already closed. It turns out better b/c u don’t want to receive a brand new truck in Nov/Dec of that same yr.
