Purchased a 8 gang Auxbeam switch panel and hooked up all pods lights to it. All pods lights are from Auxbeam. The taillights under the back bumper, I got from M&R. All lights have DRL, which look great at night. Never installed anything on a truck before. A lot of you tube, made this very easy. All in all it was very inexpensive, for exactly the look I wanted.
Still have to install some heat tubing around the wiring to clean up a

Curious why you used that aux panel instead of the OEM auxiliary switches?

Gives me the ability for all the lights to be able to strobe. Plus I would need more than the 4 aux switches that come on the truck switching between DRL and full beam for each set of lights.

Nice

can u share which Auxbeam pod did u use for the grill position? thx

Any pics of them in action? It appears you did not have to alter the grille to mount them but could be wrong. Looks good!

That’s just them on DRL. Too bright to take a picture with them on full.
No didn’t modify the grill, actually used it. Purchased some smaller pod bracket, 3” rubber washers, 2” fender washers and 2” black hexhead bolts with lock washers and nuts.

So what paths are you lighting up ? Please don’t tell me you run them on the road because of your insecurities n need every one to notice you. :)

do you mind sharing some pictures or detail description on how you mounted the front two lights using the grill? Did you take off the grill during the installation? Looks like limited room for any operation.

Thx

Yeah , I hear you , there’s just a bunch of douche bags around where I live that have those things on all the time on the road.

I’m too old for trying to be flashy, and I agree with you on people trying to have on a light show in moving traffic.

I will try to get a better pic and post it on here. Pic will be better that me trying to explain. I did just unscrew the horn at front of the engine bay to gain access to get down behind the lower grill. Using a long extended racket to secure the nut to hex head 5/16” x 2’ screw bolt. If you have a skinny arm it will fit, or a willing wife and doesn’t mind a few bruises on her forearm for a few days. It’s tough but better than me trying to remove the front grill, in my case anyhow. Probably a lot better truck guys will find it easier taking off the front grill than I would.
But in short I just bolted the lights to the grill.
