I placed an order for an RHO and its currently in transit to the dealer. All this time while waiting I’ve been reading posts from everyone and its been mostly all negative. At this point I’m not even looking forward to taking delivery of the truck. I understand that most of the posts are going to be about people’s frustrations and seeking answers to what might be wrong. Coming from my last vehicle (Bronco Raptor) that was deemed a lemon and had to go through arbitration with Ford, I am not looking for another experience like that. Is it worth taking a chance or not? Is RAM taking any of these concerns with RHO seriously? Let me know what you all think.

Make sure you check everything before leaving the lot. I love my truck. 4k problem free miles.

I’ve had some issues with electronics & factory build defects, but I have to ask myself…without all the crap, is the RHO a “dream truck”? For me, no.

The Hurricane sounds like a V6 Accord with a sport exhaust. It kinda bogs off idle unless you are in Sport transmission, which holds lots of RPM all the time. It doesn’t “feel” like a truck engine.

I’m also not a fan of full-time 4WD…it muddies the steering & limits the playfulness of the chassis.

If 6 cylinder boosted engines are your “thing” and you don’t care about playful handling, GO FOR IT! Lots of people have trouble-free RHOs. The truck looks fantastic & the interior is special & it has amazing high-speed off-road capabilities.
