Oh NO! Been waiting since Aug 7, now…

So my vehicle finally showed up. I saw my phone ring from the local dealership and I knew it was in. Then the bad news. I met him to look at it, and we walked to the other side. Some how the truck got both drivers side doors completely wrinkled up. Along with door handle and mirror and both fender flares. Ordering 2 complete doors, handle, mirror and fender flares now. I ordered 1 in Aug and 1 in Jan. They both showed on the same day. One is billet silver as you see with the “beadlock ” wheels that match well. The other is granite crystal with black wheels. Exact same look as my 22 TRX. I could take that o e if I wanted. What would you do?

No brainer for me. I would never take delivery of a new truck in that condition. I’d take the other truck and RUN! Good luck!

If I were stuck on silver, I’d still wait for a new one and avoid this delivery. That’s unfortunate, but why take on that problem knowingly?

If the color isn’t a huge issue for you, go with the granite and drive away today.

Man I don’t know. Delivery driver said it came off of the train like that. Specs are same minus bed group. This dealership does spray in liners. They said they would throw that in the deal. I can’t play Sunday always but a set of TRX takeoff beadlocks if I wanted them I guess. I just liked the brighter silver since it doesn’t show road grime as bad. But whatever. I can live with it.

Damn if it came off the train like that it would be nice to tell the customer right away because I'd say put it right BACK on the train. Hope you are happy with the truck you end up with.

Bed group also has the rails built in and the bed step, dont forget those.

I would heavily consider taking the granite. It seems with the electrical issues and gremlins these trucks are having, the last thing you’d want is to have the truck ripped apart day one and put back together.

Take the Granite one, all day, every day. Don't eff around with a jacked up 'brand new' truck.

Well it was…however one of my best friends owns the body shop that is receiving the new doors and transferring the parts from old door to new and he’s great. However, I just closed on the granite. I’ll now need to try to find some of those gray beadlocks somewhere. Thanks everyone.
