Paint peeling

Hand washing the truck today, 2 weeks old, noticed the paint is peeling on the front passenger side fender. I've never seen this on a new vehicle in my life. Gonna head to the dealer tomorrow see what they have to say.

...now I want to do a detailed paint inspection, but it's still too dark. (5:29am).
