5/28/24 Order, 5/09/25 Delivery
IMO: Nicest truck I've ever been in and its mine! Photos/videos don't do justice for the red in person. 600 miles, 1 week of ownership, tinted front windows to match back, self installed Retrax Pro Mx (tonneaucovered.com), put the $70ish dollar Amazon mudflaps on, and love the truck. Don't love the Towkz covers...want a ram bar but not sure now with a nice snug fit with the cover...the truck drives like a jeep on steroids, its not the town car ride of my laramie but it is amazing in so many ways. The stock sound is Hurricane...not loud, not aggressive, but intetesting.
No issues yet and so happy I waited my order out. Koons purchase- you are buying from a high volume corporate owned franchise- when I ordered they had 3 salespeople doing the remote orders...its down to 1 today- Brian Hillerich. He's a laid back guy, informative, you're just not gonna get that local dealer customer service experience that can make car buying fun. Dennis, the finance guy was great, the buying process was painless, took a bit of time as it is a busy shop, but I will consider Koons in the future.
Sending positive vibes...my truck was built in January and seemingly well worth the wait for QC to work out the kinks.
