Power door locks

Anybody else having problems with their power door locks, not responding to the remote or the inside buttons on both doors?

Happened to me once. Disconnected the batteries for a bit and all started working when reconnected.

First I know you work at SHAP, so a sincere thanks for building our trucks. Never owned a truck before the TRX, now I cant imagine ever not owning a Ram. Question for you - at SHAP do the workers or supervisors ever talk about the problems some of the RHOs are having? Any intel on why so many built in mid-February got put into storage?

We talk about it, but there's nothing we can do until upper management fix the issues. And it's not just the RHO's having problems, other models aslo. As far as storage I'm not sure why... I only waited a month for my RHO from build start to me picking it up, then a coworker waited 4 months for his, it was built in 2 &1/2 month. So I'm thinking shipping is the problem in most cases, the logical thing who be get new shippers, but if you worked there you would see that logical solution is something upper management doesn't use!

Yes, it has happened to me multiple times. Only way to get into the truck has been the physical key when it happens. It has ‘fixed itself’ after a few trips every time so far, but it is really effing annoying.

Okay so this morning the locks magical started back working, but after I moved the truck out the driveway & back in, it needed a boost to start up... this shit is ridiculous!

Update... truck will be going to the dealership service tomorrow. Was driving today & the auto start/stop BS cause the truck to shut off at a red light & wouldn't start back up, until I open & closed the door & hit the start button. 3 months & not a single problem, now everything is going crazy! Btw I'm at 5k miles now

Makes me feel better about the Noco AX65 2000a I purchased. These things are pretty neat. I keep looking for a local in need to give it a test run.
