Question for those that still don’t have the digital key (iPhone or Samsung).

For those of you that still don’t have the update to add your phone as a key, what does your Uconnect screen look like when you press the digital keys app? Mine says “Connected Services not active”. When I press the button to activate, I get an error. Do your screens look the same? I do however have connected services and I use the phone app quite often. I’ve called Connected Services a few times and they just say that this feature hasn’t yet been pushed to my truck and that this screen is normal, but I’m not fully convinced. If it helps, I do have the key card and it works. Mine is a 2026 RHO built in Feb of ‘26z Thank you in advance for any help.

Quick update…
I received an OTA update with the latest software yesterday morning and suddenly this morning, the digital keys tile on my truck’s UConnect screen was available and I was able to pair my phone without any issues. I live in South Texas in case that helps anyone since the rollout is said to be occurring slowly be region.

You have to make sure your nfc thingy on your phone is aligned with the nfc image on the phone charger. I have flip 5 and had to lay my phone sideways on the lip of the charger to keep it lined up. Also someone on here said if your charger isn't working then you won't be able to pair.

I don’t know if you’ve tried this but it may be worth turning off your phone and turning it back on and then trying it.

Yeah. Tried all that. The message appears as soon as I hit the start pairing. Reset infotainment system. Removed phone. Paired phone / connected back which immediately then get disconnected. Something is wrong. I’m thinking head unit but they won’t authorize a replacement.
