Ram App No longer showing trips

As stated, i got on the Ram app today and noticed i can no longer access or see my "trips' portion that tracked most drives and trips. Anyone else have this happen? app glitch or am i a dumbass? Every other function in the app works fine and still have months left on my trial.

Same. I haven't paid a subscription to the ap. Had it since December. Haven't seen the trips in a while, but can't remember how long. I guess my trial period is up.

I've been using the app since December and I've paid for the subscription. I no longer see trip data that was previously available.

Trips is gone for me too on my RHO, I have 2 other Stellantis vehicles on the app and I can see trips on both of them.

For me, yes..you can still do all the remote controls and see the current location of the vehicle. The trips history is just gone.

I noticed my trips were gone a few days ago as well. I’ve paid for all the subscriptions except navigation. Hope it comes back.

Dropped off my app a few days ago. I assumed it was because they caught a lot of grief over the wildly inaccurate per trip fuel economy estimates it would provide. The individual trips on mine would range between 3-5 mpg as compared to 13-15 for the trip computer in the dash.

Yup, everything works normally besides showing me my trips.

I’ve had this happen twice, but fully logging out on all devices and then logging back in got everything working again. FWIW

Just tried this today. Logged out of website and app, deleted app, reinstalled and logged back in. It did not work for me. I called Ram Connect. They opened a ticket. Guess we will see what comes of it.

quick update. Case Manager contacted me and seemed surprised TRIPS were no longer available. I sent screen shots via email. Awaiting response.
