Ram customer care

Ck engine light on since 1600 miles. Took to dealer and told me to used as it its that is some technical glitch and they know about it.

But bank one of the catalyst converter has a crazy sensor compared to normal bank 2, and seen on second opinion with private mechanic.

Called 10 times, 10 different version of what to do as for a case manager, never got to speak to one. the last customer care specialist just told me to do nothing, keep using the Ram and they will contact me if there is a fix.

Keep calling and asking for a supervisor. Took me weeks to get a good case manager and eventually a retention specialist.

I suppose if the truck is running fine right now, there really isn’t much they can do until a new software comes out in a month.
