I’ve seen a lot of RHOs not move past scheduled lately. Just in a holding pattern it seems.

This IS NOT a political post. But does anyone think the Ram RHOs in scheduled that are price protected will just not be built due to the tariffs going into effect tomorrow? Seems the news is reporting Rams will see a significant increase in their MSRP almost immediately.

No one knows what the impacts will be yet. Also, some vehicles with components built outside the US, but still covered under USMCA, may NOT be subject to tariffs - which would include Ram trucks using parts from Mexico.

However, you may be right: the automakers might be intentionally slow-rolling things until there is more clarity.

The potential tariffs were a big reason I went out and found a truck already in transit, versus ordering and waiting.

Not a bad theory. Certainly one way to get around the price protection.

True. Assuming USMCA is still followed with the new tariff.

I guess it’s a wait and see game. But the number of RHOs that went to scheduled in February that now sit is interesting.
