Hey guys,
Wondering if anyone out there is having the same issues as me. My truck has had sensor issues since day one that include the truck thinking it needs to brake while driving. I bought mine 1/11/25 and the other than the 2 week delay in getting me something to drive, the truck has spent its whole life in the shop. My second payment is due at the end of this week and Mopar still has no idea what is wrong or how to fix it. Extremely frustrated!!

Not alot of specific's on which sensors are not working, if it's still at the dealer i'd check your local lemon laws if it's been in the shop over 30 days.

And, have them check the aux battery voltage.

front sensor issues was the main issue. Truck thought they were dirty and needed to be wiped even though the truck was clean. It also would auto brake thinking i was about to have a collision. I have been dealing with US customer care and i even sent them Lemon Law guidance only to be told that they already reviewed this for LL and it doesn't qualify. ( absolute madness btw ) They are waiting for a "mopar specialist" to come down maybe this week or next but they are not doing anything at the moment.

Yeah…they aren’t trained in LL…for a reason.

Protect yourself…learn about what qualifies in your state of residence (hopefully you did not buy out of state) & what recourse you have.

Yeah man, thanks. I looked up the Lemon law and threw specific statutory violations they clearly have made. The issue ( for me not them ) is that the decision makers who work with LL won't speak directly to the customers until the approve it so in my case they just deny it and hide behind the Customer Service rep. Super disappointed in this process given i am a new Ram customer. I guess they don't want to keep new customers once they get them

update- after more than 3 months in the hands of the dealer i finally got it back. Works like a champ- apparently they replaced every sensor in the car and then when that didn't work they reset the whole computer system and problem solved

It took them that long to push the reset button 🤬

What do you mean thinks it wants to brake? Did you turn off the AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking) also known as the killer feature? It’s a feature that has lawsuit written all over it!
