RT RR Spring rubbing on Frame

Jumped up in the bed today to tighten down tonneau cover and hear a terrible noise. Reminded me of the mattress sound from an 80s XXX movie. Further inspection and the RT RR spring is rubbing against the frame. What in the actual *uck... Not sure if its upside down, or not seated on insulator properly. Getting it up on a hoist tomorrow to get better idea of whats going on. Anyone else see anything like this?

I did see that both my rear springs also looked bowed forward in away . Wonder how close mine are to the frame

That is what I am hoping is the issue. Getting it on hoist here shortly.

So, once on hoist found that Spring was not seated in the insulator correctly. It had to be spun about 180 degrees clockwise to get it seated correctly. It now has the clearance from the frame and doesnt make the god awful noise it was making.
