I have level 1 and just under 2000 miles. No battery or major issues yet. Tried the seat massagers once when car first arrived. Took a long trip this past weekend and when I tried to turn them on all the options on the comfort screen were greyed out and I could not make any selections to turn it on. Have others had this issue before. I thought maybe it was a speed issue so I tried again when not moving and did not make a difference. Need first oil change soon so making a list of issues. Thanks

Dd u hit the button on the door or just try through the infotainment?

Infotainment. To be honest, never knew there was a button on the door. I'm the type of person that just gets a car and drives it, figuring out stuff along the way. I've not spent much time with the controls but knew I could access it via the touch screen. I'll look for the button and try that. Thanks.

Check the buttons on the infotainment screen next to the seats, my back massage wasnt working one day and I noticed it was turned off on that selection.

Thanks for the help on this - the little button by the seat memory buttons on the door did the trick. I must have shut it off while cleaning the car.
