Whats a decent applicator to use? I have never had tires like these on a truck where they are rough on the out side... they eat up the foam applicator I have been using fairly quick and start to crumble.

Anyone use something that lasts?

I used the green exforma tire shine looks good and lasts a while.

Thanks!

I use an aerosol spray…Meguires Tire Foam, after cleaning the tires & wheels…yes, you have to remove the overspray off the wheel, but it takes only a minute to clean each wheel with a mf cloth & some detail spray…no issues getting all the tire nooks & crannies.

Ya I've used the spray before. Don't mind the wiping it off... but i like the exforma stuff so far.

It’s what I use. I wash the truck, drive it down the street to get the excess water off the wheels/tires and then apply the tire shine, then dry off the body(helps remove the inherent overspray) and then wipe the wheels off with the used damp MF towels.

I would say Exoforma is the best so far.. it's not that shiny but is totally dry and creates this bonded film with tire, interesting stuff.. for more shine I just used the Adam's Graphene Tire dressing. Very shiny and it's bit more greasier but nothing crazy.. Sprayed it on the running boards as well. Good stuff

I use a cheap, Dollar Tree sink-type sponge.

They are tough enough for the tires, but cheap enough to toss when they get ratty...

Soft tire brush with a self leveling no sling tire wet.

Recently started using the graphene as well. Pretty impressed with the finish and the longevity.

I don't tire shine my truck wheels because it's a truck.

For our trucks, I use a soft brush. It’s a neat trick to get into all the groves and writing on the sidewall.

havent got one yet for this truck, but i always spray on and use on of those rectangle brushes used to polish boots then a microfiber to wipe off excess 1 minute after brushing

Just came across these:

Harbor Freight Tire and Grille Brushes

For $3.99, I think I'll give these a try...
Those look to be a stiff bristle brush set. Those might be more appropriate for scrubbing the tires clean. I’ve found a soft bristle brush works best for tire shine application. Just my opinion tho.

I use this and it works wonders. Cleans and stays on for a long time! No brush or wiping involved.

Best thing I found was called Cover All in a blue spray can...lasts long time...spray on and that's it...cut out 18 inch circle from plastic...glued handle on it...covers rim from overspray.
