Trailer Tow Module

Anybody had luck getting the recall for the Trailer Tow Module (03D) replaced? I've been on the "list" at my dealership since Feb. and they still claim to not being able to get these parts. @RamCares any updates you all can provide on this?

I received a notification from mopar.com saying parts were available and to call my dealership for appointment but that clearly didn't help.

Same here, which I was just told a couple weeks ago that one of the parts are in and waiting on the other. Was told that was supposed to be in beginning of last week. I guess not.

I was on the local dealership "list" for months. No call from them, but parts were in stock when I brought truck in for routine oil change last month. Maybe I got lucky, hopefully @RamCares can help you out.

Took about a month for mine to get done, i was on the list

They called me months ago to get this done. They explained it would take all day and I decided to not do it. I don't tow, will never tow so I am in no rush.
I told them to prioritize people who truly use the truck for towing.

Normally I would be the exact same way...no parts available, no problem since I also don't tow much. HOWEVER...I'm going to have to tow either a golfcart or my wifes car all the way to Texas when we move come Oct/Nov and I would rather not have to deal w/ any issues along the way.
