USB illumination and rear heated and vented seat illumination

Does anyone know why these are still illuminated?
The vehicle is off, and doors are shut.
They turn off initially when the interior lights dim and turn off after the door is shut. They turn back on about a minute after this.

I think they stay on for a while so you can charge while truck is off. I know all my rams trucks since 2019 did that.
