What are these buttons for?

Looked everywhere and couldn’t figure it out.

The four buttons surrounding the mirror adjustment joypad… what are those?

Tow mirror telescoping adjustment is my guess

It looks like they indicate a light on the mirror that can be illuminated if you want…

Those lights are great. There is a forward facing and a rearward facing on the tow mirror. Really helps backing up with no other lighting availible.
