What drop do I need?

I’m thinking the 4” one I have might be right?

Subtract the trailer coupler height from the receiver height. Looks like its about 4" from that angle. I would get a 4 or 6 inch adjustable so you can set it up for other trailers

I just saw the pic of your boat behind the truck. it looks like it was pretty close to level. If that was with the hitch in the pic above I think you already have what you need

I just got one of the 6" Weigh Safe adjustable hitches from Nick @797. Its really nice, and I got a great deal on it.

I have a 6” drop on mine. People ask me why I keep it on 24/7 if I don’t tow all the time. I remind them that in Houston it’s a great “don’t ride my a$$ deterrent” Good luck!
