Been crazy wind in Michigan lately... This is about as a precise depiction as possible. LOL...
Never owned a wrangler but a box on wheels cant be any better... I went from a ram to a ram, and I dont remember my other ram getting blown around like this one... Maybe black catches more wind than white. My logical opinion.Cant be worse than a Jeep wrangler lol
Exactly where I am. Today I was damn near turning the wheels 45 degrees to stay straightBeen crazy wind in Michigan lately... This is about as a precise depiction as possible. LOL...
Where are you at in MI? Im sitting upstairs in my office finishing up some work and not sure my house is gonna stay standing... But for real, is it related to being a big tire truck? I definitelt have changed some of my driving habits and seem to have to work a little more to keep her straight. Feel like lane assist is trying to correct me all the time where as my old ram barely ever tried to correct.Exactly where I am. Today I was damn near turning the wheels 45 degrees to stay straight

Welcome to owning a large truck. When you sit higher you're going to feel that wind, just the way it is. Still waiting for my RHO but current and previous truck were 6" lifts with 37" tires, so I know what is like.
Valid point... Silverado guy said to put 200lbs of sand bags in bed as counter weight.Sounds like less of an RHO issue and more of a Michigan having crazy winds issue lol there's probably a guy in his silverado zr2 in Michigan making the same thread on their forum lol
I own both! The Wrangler is definitely worse: it's as aerodynamic is a billboard. But the RHO gets tossed around too in these crazy winds we've been having this spring.Cant be worse than a Jeep wrangler lol
Cant you just take the top off the wrangler to resolve that one??? LOL... The billboard aerodynamics is the wave of the future.I own both! The Wrangler is definitely worse: it's as aerodynamic is a billboard. But the RHO gets tossed around too in these crazy winds we've been having this spring.
Only a little. Haha. The windshield on those things has almost no rake. It's damn near vertical!!Cant you just take the top off the wrangler to resolve that one??? LOL... The billboard aerodynamics is the wave of the future.
You know he is just like the rest of us.Valid point... Silverado guy said to put 200lbs of sand bags in bed as counter weight.![]()
Im just east of Williamston.Where are you at in MI? Im sitting upstairs in my office finishing up some work and not sure my house is gonna stay standing... Your not lying... Might need to buy a winter beater. Lol... Have family out in Howell. Just curious. Im in the Detroit area and have only saw one other RHO out and about so far.Im just east of Williamston.
I think it's just the height/profile. My Sierra didn't take the wind nearly as much.
Not a complaint, just a surprise. Should be real fun when the roads are a sheet of ice and it's blowing 40+.
I live in Wisconsin, same type of crazy winds lately. But I've been driving a lifted truck for about 10 years I think you just get used to knowing how to handle the truck in those winds. It's a heavy truck you will be fine.Im just east of Williamston.
