I’ve read through a lot of posts here and on Facebook from many RHO enthusiasts. I’ve read a ton of V8 vs I-6 discussion, a lot about quality of interior vs Raptor, etc, etc. Much to my surprise, I’ve read VERY little about suspension or how these trucks perform off road.
No stones cast here. I used to run my Tacoma hard on high speed desert roads, and that firmly set a passion in me for a long travel truck in my future. That said, those days are now behind me as I live in the Midwest… best my RHO is likely to see around here is a bumpy gravel road or a freshly combined soybean field. Very few of my miles will push the suspension to their limits.
I’m still here waiting for delivery, so I’m curious to hear how many of you will actually hit some high speed off road. If you have already, let us know how it’s performed!
