Winch?

Was wondering if the community had any thoughts about winch mounting options. Is the oem bumper capable? Not even sure if the stock number is plastic or steel? Mopar option? Aftermarket? Would be nice if a similar setup to the power wagon was possible.

Ya. I’m with ya. Wouldn’t mind keeping stock bumper and getting a winch option.

Thanks to the folks that jumped in on this. TX - I think I understand what you mean by sensor interference but maybe a bit more explanation when you get a chance. Is it adaptive cruise control and or parking sensors, front camera(s) that maybe in the way of a winch install? Also, by saying level 1, do you mean that you only get these sensors, etc. if you order the level 1 package?

When I said, not sure if that’s possible with level one what I was referring to was the large radar unit in the front center for the hands free driving, right where that winch is. The parking sensors are far enough apart and appear to be in the same position as they are in the TRX so most likely not a problem. But like I said, the radar unit on the level one would make that winch mount a no go

Thanks for the clarification. I don’t plan on serious rock crawling with the truck although I will likely get it stuck somehow. Probably just have to see if someone comes up with a solution- different bumper etc.

On a side note I do like the RHO front end better than the TRX

Like that idea. Skid plate swap with winch behind it and a cut out.
