Wire issues CADAM ISSUES

So my truck aka ROCKO has been in for two weeks and they are now saying the wiring harness might of been done wrong from the factory and stellantis / STAR is telling them to redo with a special adhesive tape then take on a test drive and report codes back anyone else have these issues or maybe a bad harness job sounds weird ? I thought the machines did majority harness on newer vehicles….
