Did you ever hardwire this in? I started yesterday to try and use the HK4 hardwire kit and realized it was much more involved than I thought it would be.

I saw that and great write up. I have the fuse tap for parking mode but didn’t realize it didn’t have clear instructions and you kind of have to figure it out yourself.

Right on. I considered that option but with the battery issues I didn't want to run it to the battery just in case.

No...got to busy with other projects and after last battery issue I am not sure I want too now.
