2026 Ram announcements a 825hp TRX SRT Truck? Mustang Legend over 1000hp? Industry updates NEW CEO

I’d consider a 700+ HP single cab sport truck if Ram would release one!

I’m sure it’ll be more HP than the outgoing. Need to justify that high MSRP.

It’ll be a completely badass truck, no doubt, but it’ll certainly be at least as much as the ‘24 TRX final editions. That’s a lot.

I'd figure they slap in the demon motor really blow it out after tricking everyone with "last TRX" ha

The demon would make more sense to me than stopping at the redeye. But that still doesn’t solve the problem of mating it to the new electrical architecture. It’s possible they would have to dial it back to the 2024 TRX architecture and accessories and send it out the door with a demon motor as the only upgrade.
I think it’s gonna be a 700+ horsepower hurricane. And that is based on the electrical architecture and the current options of the RHO

Not sure I agree with the 700+hp Hurricane as we can get somewhat near that with a JB4 and a decent exhaust & downpipe. And I don't think the market would respond well to a TRX missing two cylinders and that V8 growl, especially not for a 6-figure price tag

It’s gonna be the I6 at 825HP. They have fully proven durability to 650ft/lbs torque with the 8HP95 tranny.

800+HP with a base MSRP under $100K…it’ll sell. Remember, RHO was meant to be a lower cost TRX. Primary difference? I6 vs V8.

They can’t do another Hellcat with over 702HP. Too much $$. The $125K final ed TRX didn’t sell. Still new ones on dealer lots across the US.

Well, I would think a 700+ horsepower hurricane would be around the 750 mark with larger turbos, bigger injectors, upgraded fuel delivery system. Include an HP 95 transmission. And will be warranty backed. Could just possibly include 37’s also. Don’t get me wrong. I love the idea of the JB4 and the Diablo but they’re just not gonna be a total package

No way, they’re definitely going with a Hellcat. Wasn’t that email leak pretty much confirming the return of the V8’s?
Things have changed recently and a V8 makes sense now. Plus the Raptor R is a V8. Everyone wants that sound. Those willing to pay $120k will absolutely want the noise and heritage/reliability of the Hellcat. It’s a no brainer.

I may wind up with one in the future to be honest. But it would just be an emotional decision and if I have the extra cash to burn. It wouldn’t make any sense logically since the hurricane RHO is already a complete beast and a perfect package.

I think they will make a TRX Redeye version.....Since they already can do that, just put it in the TRX.

The email confirmed the return of the 5.7L Hemi for certain versions of the Ram 1500, NOT INCLUDING RHO, for 2026.

Tim said he wanted the consumer to decide the ultimate fate of that engine with their wallets. Will people accept less HP/TQ for a cool exhaust note & more relaxed character? IDK. My guess is that it will depend on price.

Sure, the Hellcat is still in production for the Dodge Durango, but is that a connection you want people to make with TRX?

And then, what about the “6” in 06-08-25? I say it means we’ll see the I6 pumped up to 825HP in the TRX.

My guess is the yellow is associated with E85.

Im subscribing just to see all the guessing until its revealed :)

It will be a 6.2L... A friend of a friend of a friends sisters cousin told me... But 1,000,000% a 6.2L.
I don't know about you guys, but the God of RAM WISDOM, TK, said the word is there is a large hood scoop to feed a new HEMI V12 super charged at 5000 HP. Plus, with a 35% reduction in pricing. 🤷‍♂️
