Hey Z, saw your post on the other thread about the dealer refusing to change your order. If you don't have a VON either the dealer hasn't placed your order or it hasn't been accepted yet. I'd throw the BS flag on that one if I were you.
Hey John. Thanks for this. I just heard back from the dealer and I do now have a VON. I DM'd @RamCares per their request and I'll see if they can help out. Yeah, I',m thinking I'd love the red as well, so hopefully they'll be able to do something. It's only been a week, so I doubt the seats are in it yet. : )

I know how you feel. My new 2 week old RHO has been back at the dealership where I bought due almost the exact issues you are having. Going on 20 days, frozen nav screen, they replaced the infotainment screen; didn't fix the problem, they ordered a radio; they have no way of tracking it for an ETA. Also, they did have to repaint the gas cap door too. Frustration to the max. Ram Care is involved and hopefully it can all be resolved soon !!!
Eighty doesn't have the issues thankfully, he was just explaining to me why some trucks have taken so long to produce and rework.
