Just wanted to share an experience. So I talked with Nick before my truck came in and we put a package together with a few items and had them shipped out before my truck got here. Last week the truck arrived and I headed to the in laws to use the giant workshop to install the accessories. When it came time to put the steps on, it was obvious the brackets from the manufacturer were made wrong. Called at 3PM on a Friday, and the guys at 797 answered and said they would get to work on making it right. Got an email from them yesterday with an update, another email today with an update, and they already are getting me replacement brackets sent out from go rhino, even tho they had nothing to do with the making of the steps/brackets.

Its not often you find a company with this level of personal service so I wanted everyone to know, if you are looking for parts I will 100% recommend @Nick797.

He was super informative and quick to respond to me. He’ll definitely be getting my business for the side steps and bed cover once the truck arrives🤘

Thanks @Nick797 ... got my shipping info today for RB20's !!! fantastic support - another new customer

Thanks guys!

Dustin, sorry on Go Rhinos part. Appreciate you being easy to work with on them. Hopefully you are the only one to come across this (not saying I hope you had to deal with it but you know what I mean.. haha)

I definitely feel for setting that time aside and gaining access to a lift to not be able to actually do the job.

I second the level of service from Nick. Purchased some lug nuts over the new years holiday, responded to DMs while he was out of the office and had quick response and quick delivery.

No worries at all, I am a chill guy. It was not the fault of your company, but the fact you still took the issue and ran with it speaks volumes. If this was the worst thing that happened this year in my life, that is still a HUGE win.

Yep. I can say Nick was great also! He's super fast with the communication and the shipment! I ordered late Thursday night. He shipped them out Friday morning! They would have been here Monday via FedEx, except for the fact that the snow storm that hit everyone east of the Mississippi slowed shipping down a couple of days. But that had nothing to do with 797 or Nick. Great experience!!

Thank you for that, you won't believe how many people think that we cause those delays...Haha.

Appreciate all of you for the nice reviews!

@Dustin - Nick helped line me up with some RB20's - was it easy to tell the brackets for whichever boards you ordered were wrong ? mine should be here tomorrow - and figured I would doble check my parts, brackets etc before I unbox everything fully. Any additional details you can share (or what to check for)

It will be like that game with the shapes as a child, except no matter what you do you can't get the bracket inside the running board unless it was ground down. (sorry for poor explanation, but hope it helps) & If you run into that fire us an email or call right away and we will work on it also.

Go Rhino is dragging this a long a little longer then I'd prefer

Exactly as Nick said, the direction which I assume will be the same will have you put brackets on truck, then slide a piece into the steps to attach them to the truck. This is where they issue was for me the bracket wouldnt fit in the step.

I would see if the part fits in the step before you put the bracket on your truck, my was like 1/4 to wide to fit. Start with the step I included from the instructions just to make sure it fits for you.

I can also say from experience Nick is a great guy to do business with. He went above and beyond to help me square away an issue with the wheel and tire order I placed and received. Nick is very responsive and will definitely be getting my business for future upgrades!!

Add me to the list of satisfied customers! Placed an order with Nick for BAKFlip MX4 and RB20 Slim Boards. Don't hesitate to contact Nick for a deal! Response was immediate, gives great confidence for future purchases.

RB20's on today - fantastic - thanks @Nick797 ... install directions from Go Rhino could use some attention, but ... its boards .. cant be that hard right. FYI for anyone else with standard RB20's .. they are slightly tapered front to back (6 inch in front 5 inch in back) , its actually pretty cool - but keep that in mind when measuring or trying to line up. Also - didnt have the bracket issue since these were standard and not slim.
