I had a 2022 TRX with the 8HP95 which didn’t flinch. I’ve tried to do some research on it but haven’t run across much. I’m in the process of ordering a 2025 RHO (base) and will likely mod it once there is some runway of time allowed to see how the engines and transmissions are holding up.

Anyone have any knowledge about this transmission in particular? Thanks in advance!

All I know it can go up to 700 tq.. RAM didn't really post which version of the 75 in the RHO

RHO has the 8HP75. TRX has 8HP95.

700 TQ sounds high. I had read it’s closer to 550 ft lb. 750NM = 553.172 ft lb

Sad because Chrysler used to specify torque capacity at least 50% higher than the max torque of the connected engine…this was solely for durability purposes, not so people could “hot rod”. Ha!

Will the 8HP75 handle more? Yes, but not with 100K mile durability.
