Any light mounting solutions out there?

I have 2 pairs of Rigid lights I like to mount like this. Any solutions out there other then drilling holes in the bumper and use riv nuts?

i was looking for the same thing, came across brawler fab being the only mfg making this set up, they went dark and site is down. no luck finding anything else like this. This is he set up i want.

I've DM them at TRX forum and got no response either. Almost tempted to just drill the front bumper and use rivnuts.
