Any orders placed between 5/2 and 5/6 that have moved to D1 status?

OK - Is there ANYONE in this forum that has an order date anywhere from 5/2 thru 5/6 that has actually had their truck move to D1 status? (I ordered May 3rd and have had zero movement) I haven't seen any orders from that date range posted in the updates from @AnthonyRI , @Koons_of_Tysons_Corner or any other dealer. I also reached out to RAM/Stellantis - they assigned a 'case manager' back on August 1st, but they have provided absolutely zero information or explanation as to why my truck sits in limbo.

I'm June 11th with no movement. What number or email did you use to contact Stellantis? Sounds likes it doesn't help, but I might as well throw something at them.

The number my 'case manager' included in the first email I received from them was just the 866-726-4636 number. They actually reached out to me after I roasted them a little bit on Insta, but I haven't received any useful information from them at all. Everyone just keeps telling me everything is fine - yet they can't give me any details, dates, or info on my order. Never had this BS with any other orders for trucks from other manufacturers.

So a little bit of information to add here. I reached out to RAM support a few weeks back to try and find out if I could get answers. After providing my VON and VIN I was told my information could not be found in the system. They reached out to Brian at Koons and still did not seem to solve anything. There is clearly a disconnect from the system these dealers use to order vehicles and what Stellantis/RAM uses to view their statuses. I expressed my concern not just for my order, but others on this forum who have seen not updates/movement. Brian was not able to get any additional resolution on why they could not see the order. I am not sure what else to do other than trust what the dealer has said about the order is in the system and will get built.....eventually. I wish I had better news to share, but seems to be the way these pre-order situations play out. On a good note, I did see that the ordering system did get corrected for sending trucks into D1 that literally just got ordered days prior. I hope the production rates start moving faster and people start getting their trucks before the holidays. I ordered on May 13th and have seen nothing up to this point. 😞

Appreciate the info @cavey. It is laughable how poorly this ordering process with RAM/Stellantis has been so far. But the fact that they don't dig into anything and give customers any answers when concerns are brought to them about their orders is just bad business. It's not how you keep customers.

One weird glitch I noticed, was Koons has several in production but none of those show up on Rams online shopping tool

Couldn't agree with you more. I would love to find a POC that could simply tell us what the H$LL is happening from a production perspective. At this point sales guys can only tell you so much.
Are they still having issues on the production assembly line?
What is the 2.5 month delay between production and ship dates?
How many are expected to be shipped prior to the holidays?
Anything?

The generic helpline, online chat, instagram monitors, etc - all you're going to get is the same tin-can response.
There are people on other forums I've watched get each other ALL lathered up and arguing with a LITERAL a.i. chatbot and wondering why they're not getting anywhere.
If that's how you enjoy spending your time... I wish I had that much spare time!

So the case number that FCA assigned to my order after requesting all of my order information isn't real?

What did I say isn't real?

Where is that thread where the guy will lookup your VON and tell you the status?

What did your case manager say? Any useful information?

Empty promises that they were going to look into everything. I get an update every 2 or 3 weeks that basically says 'everything looks good, should be going into production very soon'. Then nothing changes. I've called and talked to people, just more BS answers that are obviously lies. I've never done business with such a poorly run company in my entire life. They may be losing a RAM/Jeep customer for life after this mess, I've been buying Dodge/RAM/Jeep for over 26 years (my whole family) and I will simply move everyone on over to Ford or GM.

Dang, well that blows. I also have a case going on with RAM. I'll be reaching out to them tomorrow again. They were closed today.

The more I go through this experience the more I believe @Eighty . I under estimated him

I just called RAM customers service and the agent told me that my truck will be going into production this week. Well see how true it is though. You should reach out again and see if you get some new details.

That's pretty much exactly what they told me about a week and a half back the last time that I called, but I appreciate the info. No change so far for me. The last email from my 'case manager' was the same canned form letter telling me there was no change in status. They also say to reach out to your dealer, but Mark Dodge hasn't been able to provide any update on movement either - but they assure me that my order is in the system correctly. Hope your info from RAM/Stellantis is more accurate though @Dcchris311 🤞
