My RHO is ins "shipped" status, should be here sometime...soon-ish? I ordered with the Mopar Tonneau, and tried to modify my order to get rid of it, unsuccessfully. If someone wants it, I will make a good deal. It will end up in Colorado when it arrives if that matters.

I was gonna order it too and when I was finalizing the order my salesperson said to not get it. Said they have a whole back room of them. So many order with it and right away refuse the Trifold one. Wish they gave you more options....I took it off my order and am going to do just a basic access original again. Gets the job done and looks good enough. Save the money there and do power steps.

I’m in Colorado, I didn’t end up getting factory cover because I thought it was too expensive and I found better options for the money but what’s the part number or what kind of cover is it? I don’t remember what they even look like.. I didn’t buy one yet.

I had it on my build and my salesperson highly recommended to not do it. He said lots of people order it and refuse it when it comes in and they have a whole bunch in the backroom of them. Haven't seen it in person but I took it off my build. Planning on doing the original access one again like I have on my 14'. So I'm guessing they must look cheap or people don't like the trifold concept. Sadly only option on build is that one...

Well, it seems to me an order is an order whether it be for a single thing or as part of the truck. I'd hope I can refuse it whenever my truck is ready.

I also ordered mine with one and immediately took it off. It is a soft cover when I wanted a hard cover. If anyone wants it, please DM. I will take any reasonable offer. It is literally brand new.

Talked to my dealer today, he said to go definitely go aftermarket for the tonneau covers. He said the main 2 thing he highly recommends getting from dealer vs aftermarket is the dealer power running boards and all weather floor mats. He said aftermarket doesn’t even come close.

I saw them firsthand at dealership and it really comes down to your definition of bad. My first thought when I saw one was "Wow! WTF is this trash? I'd be pissed if I paid any money for it." Apparently, I said it out loud, instead of my head and sales guy came around corner and said, yeah RAM really whiffed it with these, this year. No clue what they had last year, but based of his response, maybe it was different, or they had hoped for an improvement over the previous year.

I didn't play with it long but its soft and stretched to fit. Couldn't say what it was made of but maybe vinyl of some sort. The factory cover COULD totally work for someone, that just wants better mpg and doesn't use their bed ever and doesn't live in an area where looky-loos will slice it open to see what gems are within.
