Kicking RHO Tires - hoping the V8 returns
How many Ram RHO models are assembled each day and where(because I didn't know)?

The Ram 1500 RHO is assembled at the Sterling Heights Assembly Plant (SHAP) in Sterling Heights, Michigan. This facility is responsible for producing all new-generation Ram 1500 models, including the RHO variant.

As for the exact number of Ram RHO models assembled each day, precise daily production figures for the RHO specifically are not publicly available in the provided data or widely released by Stellantis (Ram's parent company). However, some context can help estimate this. The Sterling Heights Assembly Plant is a high-capacity facility, capable of producing over 500,000 trucks annually with its current configuration, as noted in historical data from 2018. This equates to a potential average of around 1,370 vehicles per day if operating at full capacity year-round, though actual production varies based on shifts, demand, and other factors.

For the Ram 1500 TRX (the RHO's predecessor), production averaged around 80 to 120 units per day, depending on supply chain conditions and priority, according to forum discussions from 2022. The RHO, introduced as a 2025 model, is a high-performance variant like the TRX, and its production is likely prioritized similarly. However, without specific 2025 production breakdowns or current Stellantis reports, an exact daily figure for the RHO remains unclear. It’s reasonable to infer that RHO production could fall within a similar range (80–120 units per day) when active, though this is speculative based on past TRX trends and the plant's overall capacity.

For a definitive answer, Stellantis does not publish real-time model-specific production rates, and daily output can fluctuate due to supply chain issues, quality control ** (as noted with recent Ram 1500 repair challenges)**, and production scheduling. If you need precise numbers, contacting Ram customer service or a dealership with access to production insights might yield more current data. For now, the best available information confirms the assembly location as Sterling Heights, Michigan, with a likely daily output in the dozens to low hundreds, consistent with high-performance Ram models.

Pointless for sure.

To those that have been here a while, excuse me, I have sinned.

The OP's information is pretty accurate. I haven't really tracked the RHO output, other than a few random scans early on, so I don't have any better information on it. Stellantis took the build sheets offline and made it a lot harder to check window stickers in bulk, so it's almost impossible to track daily production anymore.
The Sterling Heights plant (SHAP) does put out about 1400-1500 trucks daily when it's running all 3 shifts (this includes all 5th Gen trucks - Bighorns, Laramies, Rebels, Limiteds, Tungstens, etc.). But I don't know if they're running 24/7 operations at this point. My gut would tell me no.
The TRX was only about 5% of the trucks produced in the 2021-2024 model years, and as stated above it varied wildly on any given day. Sometimes none, sometimes several dozen (even over a hundred on occasion). Probably the same with the RHO, but possibly a little less. As I understand it, the RHO isn't being built for dealer stock/allocation - only "sold" orders. So that would likely lower the overall numbers as compared to the TRX.

Your understanding of stock allocation is an interesting observation. Thank you.
