Added the BAK Revolver X4TS to the RHO today. Fitment is excellent and the T-slots will come in handy with the Yakima rack I want to get for bikes and kayaks. Came from a rebel with the retrax with t-slots but needed something that I could utilize the full bed as the retrax took up about 10” of useable bed space. Visibility is fine considering we have a digital rear view mirror.

Very cool. I want to get that for my truck as well. Do you know if you can add a ram bar with that on?

I wish the weight could support the leitner rack

It looks like there’s room but not 100% certain

That looks good!

It should work with it just as the Retrax XR Tonneau Cover works with the Ram Bar.

FYI, just got a price for a Revolver X4S Tonneau from TonneauCovered.com for $1200. Best price I've seen? I have it on my soon to be gone Colorado ZR2, looks great. Low profile, easy open, rolls up...

I just put the same cover on mine this weekend and noticed the tailgate doesn't actually touch the tailgate seal, its about 1/4" away. Is yours that way? I cant move the cover back anymore or it wont latch correct so thinking I might just need to add another layer of weather-stripping and call it good.

It's a $1500 cover advertised to fit this truck. Weatherstripping and calling it good couldn't be further from what I'd be doing in your shoes

I have the exact same issue. Very litter water gets in but I’ll probably add a strip of weatherstripping as well.

Idk how those guys do it, they must be losing money after shipping ha. As a forum vendor, We have them for $1314.99 with the discount plus also do get a $150 rebate on top of that from the manufacturer after purchase as we are an authorized dealer. https://justboltons.com/bak-revolve...trx-new-body-style-w-o-ram-box-5-7-bed-80227/

How far back on the cab side of the rail is it sitting? There may be the ability to shift it back just a tad towards the tailgate. I would add an extra later of seal to the cab side as it is intrusion point during heavy rain or car washing too.

I would also consider a tailgate seal. Our Rams are notorious for not having a tailgate seal. Most of our customers run something like this around the side of their tailgates and I did the same to my TRX. https://justboltons.com/truxedo-tru...ic-foam-tape-single-application-10ft-1703206/

Tried sliding it back a bit but can only go so far before it wont hit that latch arm to lock the sides. The tailgate seal is a good idea, water always gets in there on every top I've ever had. I'm mostly securing sports gear for my kids so a little water isn't a big deal. I'd rather have water than all those expensive ass softball bats out in the open or have to move them into the cab all the time.

Here are some pictures of my BAK Revolver X4s without T-slot rails. I had a local Real Truck dealer install it. I have not noticed the issue between the cover and the tailgate, it appears to be a great seal.

Are you sure the weatherstripping on the cover is compressing against the tailgate?

Yeah I think so. The weather stripping touches the back of the tailgate.

I could only see the gap because the little plastic corner at the tailgate broke off in shipping and I could see in to where the seal was supposed to meet the tailgate. The cover still overlaps the tailgate so I doubt much water will get in.

Can you still run a sport bar?

Can you not loosen the rails and slide them back evenly 1/4 off the bulkhead? This would address you running out of room to make the lock still work. I am still waiting on my truck to put mine on so only guessing here off covers I have installed in the past.

yeah possibly. Maybe add a spacer between the bulkhead and the front end of the rail. I'll have to look closer and make sure the tailgate closing wouldn't hit the other end of the rail doing that. I really like the smooth look of it over the tri-folds i've had before so not regretting the purchase or anything. My MX4 on the truck i traded leaked too, none are perfect.
