Hi, I just installed a banks pedal monster on my RHO and the battery died within 24 hours , disconnected the pedal monster and jumped the battery the truck stated right up ran it for week ,and I installed it again after talking to tech support from banks, same thing happened , somewhere there must be a draw from the pedal Monster anybody run into this thanks Donald.

I don't have any experience with the Pedal Monster, but this is disappointing news. I've been considering installing the device and their iDash over the past week. However, I didn't pull the trigger on purchasing it. Watching this thread for additional insights.

Me too. That sucks. Did banks say they would exchange a new one for you?

I have the iDash Pro and have had zero issues with it so far. I do like keeping an eye on the 2 cat temps. It’s been installed for a little over two months and the truck has sat over 6 days between starts. Hopefully it is just a bad unit.

for some reason the Pedal Monster is drawing power, when i take it out everything is fine.

That makes no sense as it draws power from the actual stock pedal wiring and that circuit is OFF when the vehicle is turned off. Now...there have been reports of power draw ONLY when you introduce iDash. Some have issues and some don't. I have the pedal commander and no issues whatsoever.
