I figured I'd make a thread for those of us that have been waiting at the body vendor. So far I've been in production for 12 days. It looks like for some of us there's some sort of issue/delay that happens once we get there as a lot of orders that enter production after ours move quickly through that part. If anyone has information please feel free to share.

I went into production 10/15 and have been at the body vendor for about 3 weeks. From what I understand there is no telling how they do the body vendor, and no telling how long it will sit there.

Here’s my tracker as of today, still at body vendor.

That's crazy, I wonder what could possibly keep it there that long.

Your guess is as good as mine, I didn’t get and decals(way too pricey for stickers) I got spray in bed liner, and bed utility group.

Seems to still be an issue... Been in build status since the 3rd of December. 1C6SRFUP0SN639324

Has anyone gotten an update as to why our trucks are stuck at body vendor?

Could be something as simple as logistical support? I know my trucks been built since Nov. 26th and it's scheduled delivery isn't until Dec. 24th. That delivery date has changed a few times though. It's either not a hot priority to get these trucks to the dealerships prior to the holidays, or the trucking companies are lacking? I dont know?

Also, I don't understand how these dealerships don't have some kind of 2-3 day window on when trucks will be delivered...I can track an ugly sweater ordered through Amazon but you're telling me you know nothing about a $85K truck????

Lol the logic on this is spot on! Really amazes me the differences in tracking a vehicle compared to anything shipped from anywhere else, literally anything.

I'm a simple person so my thoughts are most likely crap. But, has anyone theorized that much of these build and delivery delays/hold ups have anything to do with pumping up first quarter 2025 revenues? In other words, it's purposeful.
(My first post on the subject)

It's been said that every truck built in the plant goes through the Body Vendor so not just RHOs. All I got was a spray in bed liner. It's been there for a month, delivery date of Feb. It is what it is, my April 26th order could still be sitting in D status like alot of other orders still are. I'm sorry if I find it funny that people that ordered within the last few months complain it's taking so long... I'm nine days from waiting eight Fn months already.

Mine was at the body vendor for at least in week, maybe 3 weeks, but it has now been released to shipping.

I think they would prioritize last quarter of the year than the first especially for a publicly traded company

Very well could be holding off til 2025 to help increase Q1 numbers. At this rate, I have accepted I won't be seeing it before January.

Mine went in production 12/12 and now says built 12/15. It had an estimated delivery date of 2/14 but now says TBD. Hopefully it won't be stuck at the vendor

I'm wondering if these things are stuck where they are due to battery drains, and they can't start them to move them. Had to cancel mine.

I've been at the body vendor since 12/9 as well.

Mine shows "In Production" 11/18/2024 and "Vehicle Built" 11/24/2024 and this is where it has sat. According to the dealer it was outsourced for decals. Now the decals are done and still no movement.

Others still waiting at the body vendor for an extended period of time?
